Since its founding in the Taisho era as ``Toraya Shokudo'', a restaurant that offers Japanese and Western food that evolved in this era, such as curry rice, beefsteak, and fried shrimp, it has changed to Japanese cuisine and Japanese cuisine, and before I knew it, it had been operating here for over 100 years. First of all, we are filled with gratitude because we have been supported by our customers.

Shikoku, which was separated from Honshu by the Seto Inland Sea, has not only three connecting bridges, but also advances in information transmission such as SMS in recent years, and I feel that it is attracting attention both domestically and internationally.

Our restaurant is based on the Japanese cuisine that we have cultivated over many years, and aims to provide dishes and services that break down barriers, and we aim to serve not only local customers but also customers from other prefectures and Japan.
